Getting an E1 flickering code, I unplugged everything and plugged everything back in. I still got the flickering code but it got faster. Any idea how to clear this code so I can get my heat on

Does your thermostat manual have a reset procedure?

You do not have a manual or it does not contain a reset procedure?
Can you post a pic or model number of your thermostat?
Is this a new trailer, pop up or MH? Has it worked correctly before or is this the first time you have used it?

If you install the thermostat and it still acts up, then perform a system initialization by following these steps:
Press and hold the '+' button.
Press and hold the 'On/Off Mode' button.
Hold both buttons down for about three seconds until the screen shows a -- --.
Release both buttons and press the 'On/Off Mode' button again to turn system off.
Press 'On/Off Mode' to turn back on. The thermostat has now been reset.

You said you unplugged everything? Did you unplug the shore power and disconnect the battery?

You said the reset did not work? Did you get the -- -- ?
You turned it back on and still get a E1?

Has the furnace / thermostat ever work properly before?
