If this is your stat, I probably know the problem, with this stat there are foam tabs under the buttons, if you press to hard they get indented. Coachmen gave me 2 new plates, I replaced it and now press gently to change modes, or temp. It has been working great since they told me that. It's really not a bad stat, but pull the face and you will see what I'm talking about, a new face cost like 7 bucks. My A.C. was doing all kinda of weird sh** until I changed it. It's better then buying a new stat. I don't poke it anymore just litely touch it. Thank you Coachmen a great company.

Thank you for that info . It has been working all day yesterday and last night in high fan mode . These tabs could have it randomly shut off , that is weird .. what a pos

The stat is a touch pad for modes. Don't press at all. It is extremely sensitive. It is an upgrade from this type which is a direct swap out if you want to change yours. Comes in black also and in different configurations (modes etc.).

Have you reinitiated yours?

Turn off thermostat and touch the up Arrow and Mode the same time until you get --- on the screen.

I would think Dometic, they know of the problem, you might try eBay also, Dometic might send you a free one.
