Well looks like back to square 1, if you have a meter, open the panel inside and see if your getting 110v at the a.c. breaker. If you are then go on the roof and check if your getting 110v at the unit.

Did the dealer have it running when you did your PDI? The click could be the relay pulling in , still think it's a 110v problem. Don't let it spoil your trip, when you find out let us know to, safe travels to you,

#UPDATE>>> Found the AC issue....up in the return area where the relay was clicking in the control box. The Neutral side of power plug that goes up to condenser unit was not properly installed ...I installed correctly & wallaa....have ac....appartley theres no quality control at forest river and my local dealer missed the pdi on my TT....I also found out why the tv wasn't playing thru my receiver for surround,,,whole other story ...so (1) Fixed Generator) (2)Found and fixed AC Issue...(3)I now Have sound through speakers .....they charge a service fee to come out to your house or wherever you're at....maybe ill send them my bill HaHa

Big Thanks to Everyone who answered and gave me ideas, great forum glad we joined ....maybe one day share a few cocktails and stories at a campground or festival

Unfortunately you have to be willing to take on a lot of the little issues yourself or it will drive you nuts taking it back for repairs. I had a list of about 10 things from my PDI and first trip, fixed all but 3 myself.
