No deal. Still cutting out. Just changed it to high fan. See if that changes things. I wonder if closing the main vent will cause it to freeze up? Seems like it make a big restriction going through the ceiling vents

Looks like closing the main vent causes to much restriction and it shuts down. That’s kind of bs as why be able to close it if it shuts the unit down. Could the vents be clogged

You could have collapsed ducts preventing air flow . hard to diag over a forum we only know what you tell us . make sure the seal between the intake and output is sealed well . then open the dump and test on auto

Hi Chris, We are having similar issue with our ac. Just wondering what you have discovered??

We can run our AC on high, and it seems to work fine. But low shuts completely off as you described. If we put in auto, it is fine until it shifts to low, and then will cut off again. We think it is related to the freeze sensor. We are currently trying to find an override so we can run in Auto and force it to stay in high until it reaches set point.
