Air conditioning leakage

This spring, after very heavy rainfalls, I've noticed a little water dripping from the screw covers of the inside ceiling panel of the air conditioner. If i remove the panel, it's collecting some water somehow and dripping out the screw holes. Not a lot, but enough to be of concern.

So i crawled on the roof thinking the drain holes on the pan were clogged, but after removing the shroud, everything looks great-- all the holes i see are clear. The rubber gasket on the roof is in like- new condition too, as is the styrofoam cover over the intake/ fan. I'm attaching some pictures for you. The camper is only 3 or 4 years old, so everything is still in good condition best i can tell.

Any ideas? Think it's just condensation when the weather suddenly turns cold after a cold front?

air conditioning leaking

I had water leaking from my air conditioner on a Keystone trailer. I took it in to the dealer and was advised the AC roof seal needed to be replaced. You may have a different issue causing the leak. Be sure to check your roof for possible tears to the roof membrane you may not be aware of. Those pesky limbs can do a lot of damage.

If you've never tightened the hold down bolts, I suggest you snug them down a little. I believe the torque is about 45 in/lbs (~4 ft/lbs) so it's not very tight.

Yeah...or a wire, trash, folded membrane, piece of wood, Coke can, torn/cut roof membrane you can’t see, etc. Have you removed the unit to look? Might just loosen and lay down and peek for issues. I would lay something dark on the bed so you can see if it falls out when working on it. Gaskets are pretty cheap.

Need to fix ASAP will rot quickly.

Good luck buddy.
