Airconditioner thermostat

I am having trouble with the airconditioner thermostat. It doesn't go above 32 degrees or below 19 on the wall switch. Help please. How do I reset it. The electricity went out and we didn't know it.

If this is the dometic digital thermostat push the + and - buttons at the same time it will switch between C and F temp.

seems it's set to Celsius instead of F .so hole the + and - buttons down at the same time and that should switch it back

First time using the AC we have a dual zone Dometic Thermostat and it worked great for a couple hours, then it would not allow the units to run more than a few seconds. I reset the thermostat and everything was good for maybe 30 minutes. Now the thermostat does not turn on or even glow. Help
