Alarm does not turn off

please give me step by step how to turn off it is onat midnight every night

Step 1: Remove unit from wall
Step 2: Throw unit in path of moving semi
Step 3: Replace unit with a name brand unit that works.

Sorry I can't be of more help but those units are notoriously crappy. Our friend has been through 6 of them durring the warranty period with his 5er.

Others here have replaced them with name brand units and are much happier. Have you tried the manual.

If it's the ZX75 some of the first models had no way to turn them off.I talked to a tech at Concertone and he told me to just turn the speakers off when not in use.
