All lights automatically turn on - new GeoPro

Hi all.
We just bought our 1st travel trailer, a 2025 GeoPro 15FBS. Only issue we have found is - all lights (interior and exterior) all magically turn on full bright all by themselves, usually in the middle of the night! Every night, sometimes every few hours!
It does this whether we are at home plugged in and not using the camper, or we are out actually camping. So annoying!
Is there some setting or timer or anything I need to disable or any reason that could cause this?
I’ll attach a pic of the power panel we have, that is voice controlled and Bluetooth all that fancy stuff.

Thanks!

I hate gremlins. I gave the manual a quick glance and didn't see any timing or alarm functions.

Thoughts and speculation on my part (I don't any working knowledge of them). The lighting circuits have a dimming level, where the pump type items are just on or off. Your issue is not affecting the on/off type circuits, only the dimming ones. Control is maintained for the other circuits so I would not think there is a communication error in the can bus cable.

My guess would be the smart power control unit. You will need to document the events as best you can and work with the WFCO tech folks.

I pulled the manual up on the internet and as has been stated there are no time clock functions. There is however voice commands that when activated can turn lights on and off, weather it be one or all of them. I would look there.

We have the same problem with our 2025 E15TB. On our first trip last week we came home from hike and all lights were on. Then on 3rd night all lights came on twice in middle of night. The first time we turned off with Goodnight voice command. Then one hour later when they came all came on again we turned them off manually using the 3 light buttons on power pad. The lights did not come on again that night. Have you contacted anyone about this problem?

Remembering the days when a simple light switch was all we needed.

More Tech = More Trouble

I’ve emailed WFCO and called Tech Support during their business hours, but just keep getting voice mail.
I left a voicemail. But so far no response from the email or voicemail..
I’ll keep trying.

While your waiting on an answer I would disable all voice commands.

As I read post #4, this exact thought came to mind.

I had this same thing happen with my 2025 Geo Pro. Sunday i unplugged it and shut the battery connect off and left it for half the day. Then when i reconnected the battery all the lights came on and i shut them off and they haven’t done it again since. I think it might have reset it.

PWRpro reset

I too think that is the thing. I have been in and out of the set up mode, but also held down the Bluetooth button long enough for it to blink blue and then blink white and blue and then blink just white. And I am not sure if that helped, but I think it has by literally resetting the whole Bluetooth.Coming in and out of set up mode may also reset it in someway because it brings in the voice that says welcome to Power.

SOLVED:

Switch the battery disconnect to off. Let sit for a few minutes, and then power on. Everything should be fine. Someone told me about this method and worked great.

I’m presuming shore power must also be disconnected?

Yes, no power into the camper.
I think it receives an update, and they just never reset the device.

I just bought my first TT and it is a 2025 EPro 19FBS and from the first night I brought it home and camped in it in the driveway I was awakened to all lights being on on the middle of the night. I thought it was just a fluke or the mobile app I had just installed and setup before going to bed.

The next day I noticed the lights came on several times during the day after I turned them off each time. I unplugged from shore power and turned off everything in the camper and waited. Sure enough after a few hours they were all back on again. It's like something is resetting or crashing and restarting and the lights just happen to default to being turned on when nothing else on the panel is.

So, I called Camping World, where I bought it and they said bring it in to let them troubleshoot it. So, for the 2nd week of owning an RV for the first time I have to take it to the dealer and leave it for what ended up being a week. Guess what? They said the lights never came on in a week!

I bring it back home and within literally 2 hours the lights come on automatically without being hooked up to shore power just like they said they tested it.

I took ot on my first actual trip last week and in the middle of the night they came on again and woke everyone up.

So very frustrated with both Forest River and Camping World! Soo much money spent and can't even enjoy one night in it without issues!!

Come on Forest River...do better!!
