Always on for furnace fan?
Hey, looking for some advice, I can’t seem to figure out how to set the fan on my furnace to run all the time! Maybe this is not an option on my current unit? I have never had an issue with previous RVs. Any guidance would be great!
I have a 2021 Flagstaff Microlite 25FKS
Furnace is the Suburban SFV35FQ
Thermostat is a manual Coleman Mack (photo attached)
I have tried every position on the thermostat and it makes no difference in regards to the furnace fan running. It works fine with the ac but heat, the fan only turns on when heat is called for.

Your fan switch seems to be on “low on”. Try putting it on one of the “auto” settings and leave it there until a few minutes after the furnace shuts off. The fan should then shut off unless the furnace turns on again.

You should be able to set the bottom right “FAN” switch to “LOW” or “HIGH” by choosing one of the two detents on the right side where it says “ON”.

The OP is trying to accomplish the opposite of what you described.

Welcome from New Jersey, I have the same control in my unit, I don't think the fan will stay on when the heater cycles off, It would be blowing cold air.

It wouldn’t be blowing cold air. It would be recirculating interior ambient air.

Thanks, my goal is to have the fan run all the time, not just when heat is called for, I hate the cycling of the fan when trying to sleep. I have tried every position on the thermostat and none keep the fan running.

Not possible with your current thermostat.

That’s what I was thinking! Do you know if it’s possible with that furnace if I switch out the thermostat? Any ideas on what thermostat would allow that and would work in the RV?

I'm simply saying that particular basic thermostat has no option to run the fan constantly with furnace use.
The OP 'could' wire a switch to the fan motor to provide constant power or possibly find a home heating type 'stat (geothermal comes to mind) that would provide constant power to the fan/blower but that's another discussion.

A word of caution about always having the fan on:
I don’t know if this is the case for RVs, or for the OPs RV, but my understanding of home HVAC systems is that they draw at least some of their input air from the outside. (Probably to avoid air inside from becoming “stale”.)
If an RV draws some of its input air from outside, it could blow cold air while the heater is off, but the fan is on.

The RV furnace does not draw air from outside for distribution (mixing) inside. There is no control for the fan speed within the RV furnace. Setting the thermostat fan speed to LO/HI only controls the A/C fan. Setting the thermostat fan speed for AU keeps the A/C fan from coming on when furnace mode is selected.

You can modify the furnace wiring to make fan work as you wish. You will need to pull out furnace and modify/add wiring as per sketch below and using a 3 way light switch.
