Another Dometic A/C Thermostat E-1 Error

Got backed in turned on ac, starting to feel good and DW adjusted temp setting and the E1 error code popped up. Did reading about it here on the forum. Decided to do 5 min power off and hope for reset. Did not work. Read some more and I noticed that my Fantastic vent fan was running, I turned it off and closed the hatch and yep, you guessed it. The error code cleared up. Been running over 24hrs with several temp changes and still NO code.
Was this just a coincidence or something went on way over my head?

Sounds like an intermittent connection temporarily corrected itself.

I'd check the t-stat wires at both ends to see if they're tight and clean.

Yes. Definitely "exercise" the RJ connectors a couple times...unplug...plug...unplug...plug, etc. This would help remove oxidation or dust from the connectors...Hey it is a computer you know...LOL
