Thumbs down Apollo half time microwave

Our microwave quit working in our FR Lexington last summer. We called the company after a web search and they sent us a part which we installed ourselves that took several hours. It quit working in a day or two. We called and they said we need a new oven. So I paid almost $400 and we received the oven in 3 weeks. It had no packing material in the box and was badly damaged, the door was even broken off. I called again and they told me to return it. I did and never heard from them. I emailed two weeks later and they said it was being worked on. It is now over a month and we have no oven, are out $400 and receive no communication from them. I strongly advise FR to not use their products in their motor homes any more. Feeling very frustrated and have asked for my money back. Will go buy one from Sears and just try to fit it in the space.

Wow thought I wrote that. I ended up buying a microwave from Sears after 4 months of searching. Hasd to do some retrofitting but it looks like it was always there. Will be testing it out this winter.

Thanks

Do you mind me asking which microwave you bought that will fit in the space?

I too would like to know what replacement oven you used to replace the Apollo 1/2 time oven. Mine blew up on the first use. I trashed it because of all the bad reviews on the Internet. My RV guy gave up looking for replacements because there are so many different size models out there. I also have a FR Lexington.

Sorry to reply this way but we traded the Lexington. All I can remember is it came from Sears, sitting on the shelf. Sorry
