Arctic Air "as Seen on TV"......

Walmart has these for $38. I know evaporative cooling works, especially in dry air, but how much air can this little guy move? It runs on USB power so it would be great for dry camping but again, it's small. Maybe 10" x 10" x 10". Has anyone tried it?
