Atwood AFMD getting moisture inside

Twice now my Atwood AFMD35 furnace won't start up and gets "ignition lock out" codes during heavy, driving rains. Checking inside the unit I can see moisture on the ignition control board. Once the control board dries out it starts working again. The cover gasket appears to be in place. Any ideas? I am ordering a new cover gasket.

I think replacing the gasket is a good idea however I would look and find where the water is coming from.
