Backup Camera No Password Available

Good afternoon! I just purchased my own 2021 wolf pup limited PF 16. I'm sure I'll have a million questions but for right now, I'm just trying to get the camera connected to my phone. I have an iPhone 11 completely up-to-date. Bluetooth on. I have scanned the sticker but it will not connect. My battery is on and I am also plugged into 15 amp power. The lights are on, the fridge is on. But the app will not let me connect to the camera and I'm thinking it's because I don't have a password on the sticker. It's telling me it needs a password but there's no password!. Somebody please help. The camera is an Insight brand. So frustrated.

Try all zeroes or all ones. Should be either 4 or 6 digits

I am having the same problem with my 2022 Wolf Pup Limited camera. I mostly blame the app on this. The OneControl app is extremely brutal and not user friendly. The app won't scan the QR code for the camera set up and then there is no password to do it manually. Not cool Forest River, not cool.

I know this may be a stupid question but do you have the running lights on the outside of the trailer turned on? Many of the cameras get power through the outside running lights and if they are off, the cameras will not work.

That was a good question, I can honestly tell you that for the first 20 minutes of trying no they weren't on lol! Then I did in fact turn them on and zero, zip, zilch, nothing, nada...well you get the point.

I've one of those stupid ideas too; are the back-up lights on, maybe the camera is powered from them?

But seeing as the op says the app is asking for a password then we might, maybe, possibly assume the camera is getting power already, but again I've been wrong before, ask my wife!
