Bedroom tv & sound bar

We have a 2019 Rockwood Ultra Lite 2906 TT. My question is has anyone had problems with getting the TV in the bedroom to work. We have a Dish Play Maker with the dual outlets with 2 receivers. The only way I can get the TV in the bedroom to work with the satellite dish is to run cable directly from the dish to the TV which means leaving the screen door open. I have been in contact with Forest River but everything they told me has not seemed to work. They did tell me what color coax cables go to what and I have made my connections to them still no use. My last email from them kind of sounded like to just use coax from the TV to the wall. That was about 2 weeks ago and haven't got a response back(not sure if they closed down due to Covid). Also is the sound bar supposed to work with the main TV or just radio, ours only works with the radio. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks RAR
