Blower/fan shutting off while compressor running

I have a 2011 356QLB, I believe it has a 15,000 BTU A/C system. The issue I am having is that the blower/fan will kick off for a few seconds and then kick back on, while the blower/fan kicks off I can still hear the compressor running. It does not do this all the time, but it has done it enough to catch my attention. Any idea what may be causing this problem, or if it is even a problem?

I noticed mine doing this a few days ago. I have my thermostat fan set to auto, and it was trying to switch it to low fan speed from high. It took it three attempts before the fan switched to low. It was in the evening, and I'm guessing the system figured out a lower fan speed would get the job done. It's just my impression. I'm not sure how smart the thermostat is.

Yep, its the fan going from high to low or low to high. If there is too much of a difference ( 5 degrees maybe, check t-stat manual) the fan will adjust its speed to cool down the coach faster.

OK, that makes sense, but I thought the fan only had one speed. I guess I will have to find the manual and do some reading.

Not sure about that. My money is on "Your fan motor is overheating." There is a thermal switch inside the motor that can open when the windings get too hot.

Take the cover off and check for debris on the condenser cooling fan and lubrication on the fan shaft.

Thanks,I will check that for sure. It seems to me if the fan motor is getting hot wouldn't it kick off for more than one or two seconds? Just thinking out loud.
