Brand New Norcold N512UL Fridge - works on propane, not on AC

Newbie here....just picked up brand new 2021 R Pod 171; was at home running the refrigerator on AC..and testing everything out. Turn on heater, thermostat had fan set to low, so Air Conditioner fan kicked on. After that, the refrigerator only works on propane, so thought a gfi or breaker was tripped.

Couldn't find anything tripped...only on GFI plug in the unit with test/reset plugs; I flipped all the breakers and checked all of the fuses. I removed outside refrigerator panels to see how it was connected...and cant find the plug. It appears the AC chord travel up from the lower panel towards the top...and is connected somewhere between.

Would this refrigerator be plugged in to an outlet that is not accessible without removing the refrigerator?...and should I try and pull it out to see...or would i potentially mess something up (other connection to electric or gas??).

Thanks!

Welcome to the forum. Do you know if the refrigerator ever worked on AC power? I'm not real familiar with the 171 layout. But if the power outlet isn't accessible from the rear access exterior panel there should be a removable panel on one side of the refrigerator either in the overhead cabinet or beside.
