Broken gas line behind oven

Suburban oven that has never been used until today. Lit pilot light and when I turned on I had a flame in the far rear and behind the oven cabinet. Took it apart and found the gas tube broke off at the point where it enters the orfice behind the interior. Doesnt look fixable?? Maybe a complete assembly up to the oven knob. Anyone else had this happen?

Call them:

Airxcel | Suburban Manufacturing Contact Us

They'll square you away quickly.

Called them but they don't sell parts. They provide dealer names.

Buy the needed part from the dealer name provided to you. Let us know how it works out.

Must be the transition to Airxcel ownership. Previously I knew them to help get the replacement part to your doorstep and often times without charge or you just pay the shipping.

Now you are at least armed with dealers who can get it for you. Hope it's a quick and easy R&R for you!
