Cable channels 2-13

Hooked up to CG cable system, ran auto scan and Furion TV would only display channels 2-13 when the program guide indicated many more channels. Other times we receive all the expected channels. Am I missing something here, a setting, a switch? In hindsight should have contacted the office. Maybe program guide was out of date. Thanks

Was the ota antenna booster on by chance?

Not familiar with the Furion but should be a setting for cable or TV in your settings menu. If set on TV it will do exactly as described.

OP here. Thanks for the suggestions. TURBS, I made that mistake earlier in the trip. The booster was off. heavyodie, I'll double check that next time out. Thanls again
