Cable doesn’t work

On my sunseeker I plugged in the cable to the outside outlet. Then came inside and did an auto scan of the cable. When it was done I have fuzzy sound and no picture. It looks like the picture you used to get at night when the stations went off the air. As I switch channels the sound changes but again the picture is all fuzzy and mainly black and white. Is it the cable or the coach. I have sling and discovery plus so I never used
The cable till now. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Jimbo

Is the TV antenna booster turned on? That interferes with cable stations.

I don’t know how to check if it’s on or not. I do know that I can get over the air channels just fine. Is there some setting somewhere to turn off antenna booster?

Thanks in advance

Since you don't have it listed in your profile, if you posted year and model number of Sunseeker, someone who owns the same model number could be more helpful.
