Okay...I’ve connected the cable before, but I’m getting a “low connection” message on my tv. The rv is still new to us and I’ve only done this once. It was super easy. I’m getting some channels, but not all. Antenna is off. TV is set to cable. I don’t know if the Smart Source box should be on or off. I do t know what that black switch is either. What am I doing wrong? See images.
