I just purchased a 2019 Georgetown XL 369. I get great tv reception via antenna, but fuzzy on all tv's with cable. I've checked all connections at the tv; no change. Is there a junction box with the main cable source I can check? I cannot locate it.

If you have the Movie Vision (MV) control box (this would be the junction box for all coax inputs) the over the air antenna power control button does not have to be off as the inputs are selected and outputted individually to the splitter. If you don't have the Movie Vision control box then the antenna power button needs to be off. If you do have the MV and everything is good for over the air antenna the only source for cable would be from the outside cable connection (shore hookup) direct to the MV. That cable will have issues somewhere. Of course the TV must be set for cable input and a channel scan run.
