Camera turns everything pinkish

I have my camera on my 2021 26 MBRR connected with the LCI one control app. I just picked up the trailer a week ago. When I first connected and used the camera everything appeared normal. Yesterday when I connected to the camera, everything is pink. I contacted the service writer at the dealership and he said maybe a color setting is off. There doesn't seem to be any setting in the app for color. All that pink in the image is my yard. Green grass!Click image for larger version

Quick guess on my part - looks like the camera does NOT have an IR filter? OR - it's stuck in IR mode. I'd bet the latter.

When I first tried the camera it was fine. Any thoughts on how to reset or reboot it?

A suggestion based on my own experience. These cameras do not have a color selection option (red, blue, green, etc.) but they usually have a color magnitude scale. If the Color intensity scale is turned up too high, that wil distort the coloring of the image. On my camera system, turning down to the color intensity to a more moderate level helps to maintain truer colors in the image. Don't know if it will, but hope this helps.

I have a Ring camera at home that gets stuck in infrared mode sometimes. There is nothing I can adjust.

That happened to one of my cameras on my home security system. I replaced the camera and all was good. I'd say you need a replacement camera.

I filled a warranty claim with Lippert Monday. I'm waiting for the dealership to reply.
