Cant get DVD player to work on TV

Just bought a 2016 Wildwood 262BHXL, I have the red, yellow and white RCA jacks plugged into the provided ports near the Linear Series DVD player and I have them plugged into the TV correctly also. I cant seem to get the video to play on the TV. I can only hear the DVD sound through the camper speakers. What am I missing or doing wrong? Thanks in advance for the help!!

The white is typically the composite video interconnect. Did you set your tv to receive the dvd input?

I brought my DVD player from the house to the camper, hooked it up and worked fine...wandering if a wire is loose somewhere I can't see...

Got it!!! After further troubleshooting I found the red, white and yellow rca cables from the dad player to the wall plate to be bad (apparently). Replaced with my own cables and everything is working like a champ. Not happy I had to do this with a brand new camper but ultimately was an easy fix and I'm glad I could do it versus trailering back to dealership and waiting who knows how long.

Glad you got it. Meant to say yellow for composite video (but any color works). I had to replace the connector at my dvd end also. My cable was routed in such a way (from dvd to tv) that a new cable could not be installed. Lucky it was just the connector.

I have a new flagstaff super lite 26' and the TV was not playing through the TT speakers. Checked it out and the RCA jacks were in the wrong spot on the TV. replugged, works fine. It's the little things that get ya.

NONONONO...red & white are audio (stereo) and yellow is composite video. Convention is red right channel and white left channel...but it doesn't matter as long as you don't cross connect and ruin the great stereo imaging we get with our high end sound systems from FR. [/sarc]

EDIT...wrote this before I saw bubbles self corrected! Sorry B!
