Chaparral 336TSIK TV Question

We are having problems with getting our TV in our bedroom to find a signal. The TV in our living room works fine.

The TV in the bedroom is a Legend 19” that we took from our Keystone Outback before trading.(suggested by our salesman). When we try to scan for channels using our King antenna, it will only find maybe 1 or 2 by adjusting the antenna. The other TV works fine.

I tried replacing the splitter, and, at first it seemed to be working better. A few days later - no signal. I moved the TV into the living room and hooked it up to the coax connection in the entertainment center. The Legend picked up 42 stations!

Here is what I am trying next. The current splitter range is approximately 5-1002MHz. I am planning to exchange that one for a 5-2400MHz hoping that may work. I believe the cable itself is good..I am not sure if it has anything to do with the long run to the bedroom - or - the Legend TV, itself is old (2008)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Rick
