Coleman-Mach AC unit sudden freon discharge

We were sitting out under the canopy on Easter and there was a loud high pressure air discharge. We thought at first it was the motor home beside us. As I went to investigate, my daughter and her friend came from the other side asking what happened. They both saw a bunch of white smoke above the trailer. I climbed up and the unit was very hot and humming. We shut off power and on the driver's side of the cover there was an obvious "wet" portion. Outside temperature was around 78 and this was the first time I had it on since Thanksgiving. I removed the cover - no debris, wiring fine, no visible sign of damage. I think the small "finger" copper tube off the main line to the coil is what discharged. The unit was purchased in January 2019. Anybody run into this before? Is the unit serviceable?
