Concertone is the sound system AM-FM/DVD and CD player installed in almost all Forest river products. They are very low quality, and experience many various problems. Most dealers know they are crappy, but they must prove it to themselves beyond a doubt that they ARE indeed a bad unit, or the repairing dealer must eat the cost of the new replacement unit. They seem very hesitant to replace them, and my dealer has been burned a few times.
They send it back to the factory and test the alleged problem, then if they find it to be okay, they slap the dealer with the 600.00 replacement cost.
Check yours out good, and try the various functions. Mine went bad the first day- surround sound in the main living area- channel "A" quit.
Overall, a great camper, though. No other complaints,except for the grey water tank for the shower is too small. Randy
