Concertone remote

Not sure how, but lost the remote to our concertone tv/stereo/dvd in our camper.
There’s nothing on the front of the unit indicating which model it is.
Can someone help identify if I manage to add a picture? Or are there universal remotes available?
I am in Canada, last time I looked Concertone doesn’t ship here, how convenient.

Well, we can sure try! (pictures being worth about 1,000 words). If you can name your trailer's year make and model, that helps, too.

FWIW, there's nothing really special about the remotes used in these systems, a universal remote can be used, though it will likely need to be programmed to work with your specific equipment.

Of course, you can also just google up "concertone remote" and see if you can find yours .. and a suitable retailer (or google "concertone" and see if you can identify the model number from the images provided, and then swim down to an appropriate remote).

I will try to post a picture tonight. And also model and year of camper, thanks.
Unfortunately I lost it a few years ago now, and don’t think I could recognize it exactly. Pretty sure it was sitting on a shelf right above where we keep a small garbage can, and must have bumped it in while watching a movie or fell asleep on couch and hit it. No other explanation. I have searched every inch of camper a few times.
