Mine has a trim ring around the edges.
I pried that off and that exposed screws around the edge that
I removed and pulled out the unit. I don't have a 600 tho......

YMMV.
Good luck!

Unfortunately I have the 600 and I've had to remove it enough times I could do it in my sleep.

You need to pry off the cover with a small screwdriver or putty knife. Then there are screws that need to be removed. Once the screws are out you just pull the unit out from the wall. There are miles of wire. Good luck.

Yes, I too have the ZX 600, and there is a serious rat's nest of wires behind the unit! If you pull off the outer trim cover around the unit- it will come off with a putty knife, or a butter knife, then you'll see the screws holding it in. GOOD LUCK!!!
