Concertone ZX500 Blue Screen

I have a Concertone ZX500 system in a 2007 Rockwood TT. the DVD, CD, and radio work great, but I cannot get any TV signal what so ever, just a blue screen. I have installed a convertor box, still a blue screen. I checked all cables and even hooked up a different tv to the cable connection directly to confirm wiring and antenna operation, which was successful.
The tv or should I say monitor as it is called, is part of the Concertone system. I assume I need the Concertone head unit to deliver the signal so I cannot hookup an antenna to the monitor directly to confirm its operation.
Based on the blue screen problem, what do you guys think, is my unit junk?

And by the way, as others have stated, you should see the "professional wiring installation" behind my unit, WOW!!!

We also have a 2007 Rockwood TT and cannot get the TV to do much at all. We have spent hours trying to get a picture by hooking our DTV to it but cannot get a pic. I think it is junk.

Does the TV work with the DVD player?
If so, it "should" work with your DTV Tuner.

Wink Concertone

I checked all possible connections in the wiring "nest" and also behind the wall mount adapter, and low and behold, I found several loose connections. Upon tightening and resecuring, and replacing one bad connector, my unit started working. Happy Ending!!
