Concertone zx75 Memory stick question

Hello, my wife got rid of/misplaced all the manuals for my 39DB trailer. Everything.
I guess she wants me to improve my adaptability skills.
Anyways, I inserted a memory stick with music into the Concertone device.
Didn't work. It "froze".
I figured it was my 3 year old Memory stick problem, so I bought a new one.
Same problem.

I cannot find any information as to what the problem is online.
The only thing I can find is that someone descriped the description zx75 as a Radio/CD/Mp4 player or something like that.
Is that correct?
Do I have to convert all the music to mp4?
Not a problem, but is there anything else I should be aware of as well?

They are MP3's right now. It shouldn't matter what application I use to listen to them on a PC.
And I don't listen to them on a PC, I just ripped a bunch of cd's when I realized I could do so for my RV.

I just want to know if i put Mp4's on a mem stick and stick them into the concertone, if it should work.

This is going to be my 4rth try at the RV with this and it just is fustrating (without the book).

Send a message via Yahoo to SSport
You will have to convert all of the music to MP4 status to be able for the unit to recognize it.

And that is all? It should work?
Good stuff. Manuals are important.

Isn't an MP4 a video format, rather than a music format?
I am getting the impression that when I go to my trailer this evening with a mem stick full of MP4's it is going to do the same thing.

Turns out, it was a faulty memory stick, that is why it didn't work.
Bought a new memory stick, transfered all the songs to it, and it works perfectly.

I can now listen to music on this crappy system
