Question Convection oven

Has anyone ever had a problem with their convection oven heating up? Ours won't get up to the 400 point. It goes up, then back down.
Thanks

Ours has worked flawlessly since we got our Cardinal almost two years ago. We haven't even used the oven in the stove once. We have a Furrion convection oven.

Since it's a 2018 unit it should still be under warranty. Call the oven mfg. and see what they say.

Convection-microwave

Checked with the High Pointe distributor who sells the units to Coachmen and others. They say the thing takes a full 14 amps or so and best not have a lot of other electrical going on at the same time.with a total of only 30 amps, we’ll now try it without the A/C running. BTW don’t bother calling High Pointe 800 number as it doesn’t work. If it is under warranty, distributor simply replaces it.
