Looking at the manual on the Pd-9200 series converter, there are indeed 3 reverse polarity fuses located on the converter, and they are 25 amp for the PD-9270 as the OP has.

Took the battery to Napa today and it tested good. Bought some new 25A fuses. No troubles since Friday night when we last tried to use the furnace. Certain we won’t need to use it again until we reach Kentucky Friday evening. I’ll report back then. I’m hoping that I, for some reason, got down to 2 good fuses and it wasn’t enough to accommodate the power needed when we were setting up. Thanks for all of the tips and advice!
