Dash heater/ac blower motor access

Seems like the Charleston and the Berkshire have a similar dash configuration. On my 2006 Charleston I need to replace the dash blower motor, but I can't figure out how to get to it. I think it is located under the dash right in front of the passenger seat. Short of cutting a hole in the dash, I can't see how to reach it. So I am wondering if anyone has replaced one or seen it done? Did a lot of searches both on this forum and on Google, but couldn't find any information on actually replacing the blower.
Thanks for any suggestions or feedback.
Ronnie

Well after much anguish I finally bit the bullet and tore into the dash. Once I got into it, it wasn't too bad. I was able to pull and tilt the dash enough to get my arm and head in and see the problem. Seems like some smart engineer decided it was ok to install a ground terminal to the blower housing using a screw screwed into a plastic housing. So over time the connection got hot, the plastic softened and the screw holding the terminal fell off. Solution was to solder the terminal to the blower housing and everything works fine. I'm sure it would have cost a fortune for the manufacturer to mount that terminal to the blower.
Anyway, problem solved and all is good in my world.
