Dometic 1350 four door fridge not keeping cold enough

Friends, has anyone had the experience of the otherwise excellent fridge not being able to keep the freezer below 32 / 0 degrees when it is hot out? Ours is in a Sunseeker 31 foot Class C. Have experimented with every thermostat setting, etc., but still end up with molten icecream!
Thoughts?

Yes... may reports here on needing extra cooling fans on both the outside coils and the inside coils. Especially if in a slide.

I had to do this on ours along with finally realizing the 'flap' on the left door (between the two lower doors) didn't always flap closed far enough for the right door to seal well. The cold was pouring out the door into the interior of the 5th wheel.

I have the same fridge with same problem with ice cream I am trying to figure out if I could put a residential fridge in. I am out camping and on my tablet and for some reason can't do a search with it on here. But, that is something you may want to consider.
