Dometic A/C?

We have a 2017 Prime Time Crusader 295rst and I believe it has a Dometic a/c unit. I cannot seem to get the a/c to put out any cold or even colder than ambient air. Not sure if it is me, not knowing how to use the weird little thermostat or if something is wrong with the unit. We were just in LaPine, Oregon at the LaPine State Park camp ground, which by the way is our new favorite camp ground. The outside temp was about 80 when I turned the thermostat to ac in hopes of cooling down the inside of our unit. It ran for over a half hour and never anything cooler than ambient coming out of the vents. I know that in the past, we had to start earlier in order to keep out older unit cool, and this is the first time we really needed the ac in this unit. When we got home to the coast, it was about 70 degrees so I turned the thermostat to ac to see if it would cool things down. All I got was room temp air after about 45 minutes.

Any ideas?

From your decryption it sounds like you have either lost the charge or the compressor is not starting. Did you check to see if the compressor is starting?

Probably lost the refrigerant charge. That is what happened to mine after 4 years. Best to get it diagnosed and get one ordered if you want to use it this year. I got lucky and got one installed in under 3 weeks. I am hearing about no inventory and trucking delays on top of that.
