Dometic DM2872RBX Freezer Icing Up on Brand New 27RKWS

We have an issue with our brand-spankin' new Flagstaff 27RKWS Super-Lite. The freezer starts to ice up at the top of the freezer door within an hour of getting down to freezing temps. It's not freezing at the seal, but across the top of the white plastic.

Any ideas?

One item to check

Check the gasket around the door.
It may be deformed a little.
Happened on my little Dometic with internal freezer (my fault I was using a piece of wood to keep the door open when not in use)
I checked for the gasket part or a complete door and hard to find.
So I very carefully heated the gasket with a haie dryer, the gasket took its form back and no no more icing.
Ps I now hold the door open with a small wedge on the side of the door not touching the gasket.
