Dometic fridge issue

Our fridge has the DMR702RB fridge and the temp select button has quit working. Cant feel it click when pushed...Anyone else run into this. Its still under warranty and Dometic says take it back to the dealer....but I don't trust them.

There are lots of posts on RV forums about the 'eyebrow' board on the Dometic 702's getting moisture in them (condensation) and frying the circuit board.

Better contact your dealer.

Call dometic directly and ask for a authorized repair facility.

Well I started by calling the local factory repair listed on their online list
They said to call Dometic directly...who in turn gave me the same place to call that told me to call them....
An Email to Dometic said take it back to the dealer.
2nd call to the dealer without an answer....
I'm beginning to get dizzy from chasing my tail.
