May not be the right way but one of two ways I know how to look at it would be a sticker saying the modification has been done or get the model and serial # and call Dometic to see if the recal has been preformed on that fridge.
could always call the selling dealer and ask them if it was performed - usually they are supposed to perform any recalls prior to selling a used trailer
