dometic refig won't restart after defrost.....

Guys,
We defrosted the thing today and I unplugged it outside in the fuse area to make sure it was off. We got all the ice out the freezer and cleaned up all the water. Then went out plugged it back in and turned it back to on and in auto, it is connected to house power and we have full tanks. The problem is I don't hear it running.....any ideas would Help

You won't hear it running.

The can looking thing on the far right in the outside compartment should be hot.
Is it?

Phil good to hear.
Ps those fridges once warm may take 6 or more hours to completely cool.

Hey Turbs,
We never have let it get completely warm, we just turned it off and got the ice off the freezer section. So we are already making ice cubes and of course the beer is still Cold......
