Dometic refrigerator thermal cutoff switch.

I am the owner of a 2019 Flagstaff 25 FBLS 25. Ever since day one, the unit has had issues with the Dometic refrigerator on gas. It only lasts about 2 hours until the cutoff engages cutting off power. Once the thermal fuse blew. Most times the cutoff can be reset. I am running out of options as my warranty is about to expire.

I plan to do some dry camping, so running on gas would be nice. Using the reset works. Last trip however we were without a refrigerator for several weeks awaiting a new switch,

Any similar experiences? The unit has been checked for obstructions none present. Is this a design issue?

Do you know the model number of the fridge?

It sounds like the flue is getting too hot and tripping the hi limit. It could be too large a flame (Hi gas pressure), flue obstruction, baffle installed incorrectly, blocked boiler exhaust, etc.
