Dometic single zone thermostat Malfunction

On our Dometic single zone LCD thermostat all the operating lights ( fan, cool & furnance) are all lit up. The digital temperature readout will not come on. And the controller will not turn on the air,fan or furnace.
Any suggestions?
Tried taking out the fuse at fuse box let it sit for 5 minutes and turned back on. No dice all the lights lit up and won't operate.

Take off the thermostat. just pull on it. There may be a fuse under the cover.

Pulled off the cover. Did not see a fuse. Just a circuit board

Then you need to reset it. Disconnect the power cord so the converter won't feed it power. You can just trip the breaker for the converter and a.c. if you want. Disconnect 12 volt power. This can be done with a switch or by subjecting the battery. Reconnect everything. If that doesn't work replace the thermostat. Hehe you checked your 12 volt fuses?

Ok. Thank you Priusron.
Will try plan B.
I checked the fuses, but will indeed take another look.
Thanks for giving me some suggestions before I replace it.

I was wondering what you meant by buying a new one. Are you talking the thermostat? Just wondering I'm having a similar problem. Also wondering if you did it and it actually fixed it.

thanks.

We replaced the wall thermostat. We went down to our local RV supply dealer, they had one in stock. It only took about 5 minutes to replace... A couple of wires is all, and presto change-o.....we were back in business!
