DV7200 won't turn on.

Hello,

I'm new to this forum and a newbie to my 2020 Geo Pro 19FD so be gentle to me.

My DV7200 hasn't been operational since i drove it out of the dealers lot. And from what I've read on this forum it appears to be natural consensus that the installation is crap. My question is this:

1) Where is the fuse to the radio located? behind the radio or on the fuse box/panel?

2) If its on the panel; where is the panel located?

I've read the manual for the DV7200 and the information is complete junk and no troubleshooting steps. And my manual for my trailer doesn't even mention where the panel is located. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. Sounds like you did not get a very complete PDI done. I thin my advice would be to take it back to the dealer and have them go over the systems with you. Have them correct the radio problem some appliances do have inline fuses which may require removal of the appliance or a panel to find. good luck

The power panel (and converter) for that unit is located right under the fridge. Open the door and see if there's a fuse labeled radio, audio, entertainment, etc..

I have that radio. It's easy to gently pry the bezel (surround) on the radio off. Then there's a few screw holding the radio into the cabinet. You can pull it and check if you have power going to the positive wire on the radio.
