We have a New2014 Solara 24R and are on the road to CA from the East coast and can not play a DVD on the Jensen radio we are doing what the manual list just ejects 5 secs after it's inserted any suggestions?

A copy or an original disk?

Original from Redbox. Jensen tech support feels it might be. Hardware issue? There is a antena that was in the glove box, I do not know where it needs to be mounted because of the protruding over the cab bed

If the disc is popping out after 5 seconds...it is a dirty/scratched disc OR a failure in the unit that will require either service or replacement. Suggest you check with several other discs to see if you get the same pop out and if you do....pull it off and let jensen deal with it.

If it has been working fine to date...you might wanna buy & try one of these before pulling the unit out for the factory.
