You may want to also identify your house radio brand/model. The reason I say that is the in late 2019, FR took away the DVD feature in the Sunseeker Classic. The radio they used, I believe it was Connexx, was made in the same footprint with or without a DVD player, but apparently FR saved a few dollars and went with the DVD delete model. Maybe in your case a simple radio swap can gain you a DVD player.
We were fortunate our 2020 Sunseeker was built before the “defeaturing” (in a number of Sunseeker/Forester areas) happened in late 2019, and we do enjoy our DVD player.
