Jensen AWM965 how to view a dvd. We can get sound but no picture. Sv285 sport. Can someone help Thanks

Do you have a separate audio controller? You may need to route the audio through the stereo system.

Did you search thru the TV menu and try to see if one of the HDMI inputs would work? I know with my Cedar Creek 34RL; I had to do this in order to see a picture. BTW our model is a 2016 just brought home and I made sure everything worked before we left the dealer.
