Dynamax (DX3) stereo replacement

Hi all,

This is my first post here. I just purchased a 16 Dynamax DX3. The stereo has an error message "application navi.exe has encountered a serious error..." I've hunted around and can't seem to find any details about the error or even what type of stereo it is.

My questions:
1. Does anyone know what brand of stereo this is?
2. Any thoughts on the error message?
3. Do you know of a suitable replacement stereo? (I had this same model in my Seneca and didn't love it)

First, your unit should still be under warranty if you purchased it from a dealer. The warranty isn't based on the manufacture date, it's based on the purchase date... i.e. If you purchased it July 1st 2016, it's under warranty until July 1st 2017.

This unit had more than one head unit as an option, if you can post a pic of the head unit it would be helpful.

You can always call the manufacturer and give them info on your unit. They can at least give you the info on how to determine which head unit you have, and maybe how to fix your problem. Their custom chassis customer service number is 1-864-487-1700.
