Ever Chill not Cooling

Brand new Wildwood 27rkss, Ever Chill fridge worked one day. Now lights on in fridge, but set light is flashing?? Help!

Just so everyone knows, the Everchill is a 12v DC only fridge.

Yes, that's fine. It's just that the Everchill is very different than regular 2-way RV fridges, which are propane or 110v AC.

You are going to need to do some troubleshooting.

As mentioned it is a 12v ONLY refrigerator with a compressor.

Do you have good 12v at the refrigerator AND a good ground?
Is your battery in good condition?
Is the output of your converter (which supplies 12v when plugged in) working correctly?

Do you own and are able to use a multimeter?

If still under warranty, the dealer should be able to help you and if not, many warranty repairs can be handled by a mobile technician.
