It appears that either they installed a the wrong swing door fridge in my 2022 Grey wolf 22RR. Mine swings to the right and by doing so it hits the bathroom wall before it's fully open therefore I cannot adjust the shelves in the fridge. I think it should have had a swing to the left door. Has anyone else run into this?

Yes. Others have had this problem and contacted the refrigerator manufacturer for the parts to reverse the door. IMHO it's a bad design because you can't take the shelves out to move them.
It's a simple fix. First, figure out where you want the shelves, then removed the bottom hinge pin on the door (2-3 screws), adjust the shelves and assembly in reverse order. You will need a helper to hold the door when removing and reinstalling the bottom hinge. It took us about 10 minutes...
I ran into this with my Everchill refrigerator too. I got in touch with Way Interglobal who makes these and ordered the brackets that allow you to reverse the doors. It was about $26 shipped for the mounting brackets. In my case, I also had the problem of not being able to open door far enough to remove the shelves. But also wasn't able to easily get into the refrigerator when my trike was loaded up. Reversed the doors and everything is much better.
