Fire Fly Help
We have completely lost our fire fly panel with our awning extended. We have talked to fire fly tech support with persistent calling to just get a returned call. They have been unable to resolved our issue. We need a firefly technician to do mobile service on our unit which is still within the one year warranty period.
Sadly we have now experienced a storm which has bent our awning arm and we now cannot use our unit for the memorial holiday unless we can get a service technician sometime within the next two days.
Begging for some help to find someone near mid state indiana.
